The villa is situated near the sea and sandy beach in Milna Bay is a 5 to 10 minute slow walk from the house. The property overlooks its own semi-private beach with stair access from the garden, less than 10 meters from the house.

• Local markets – fruit , vegetable and fish markets are open daily in nearby VIS town (9km – less than 10 min with a car ) .You can also buy fresh fish directly off the fishing boats in nearby Rukavac village ( 3km from villa), it is perfect fish!
