Villa Rosemarine is situated in a quiet bay little over a mile away from the quaint fishing village of Sumartin on the South coast of Brac. Brac is one of the most popular Island destinations in the Adriatic due to its close proximity to Split making it easily accessible. By boat one can arrive in Bol and Makarska withing 30 minutes, Hvar Town and Split within 45 minutes resulting in the location being a perfect Hub for fitting in all the major destinations.
From the mainland, Brac can be easily accessed from one of the major ferry terminals of Split or Makarska. Alternatively the villa offers an exclusive transfer service, picking guests up directly from the airport providing a hassle free service with refreshments via speedboat.
Rosemarine is a traditional Dalmation villa built out of the local Brac stone (famous for being used on the White House, Washington). The villa is spread out over 3 floors, boasting unspoilt south facing views over the Adriatic towards the island of Hvar. Extensive outdoor terraces sheltered by pine trees, open up to a large private sea front area perfect for sun worshippers and boarding the villas private boat to be whisked off for a days waterskiing or exploring near by attractions.
The ground floor is the main living area of the house, consisting of a large kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining, a bbq area and one large double bedroom with ensuit.
On the 1st floor, 3 double bedrooms each with their own ensuit span off the main TV area which opens up to a 2 large private terraces.
The 2nd floor with its own private TV room consists of the 2 master suites with a large terrace which looks over the pine trees towards the crystal blue sea.
The interior of the villa is tastefully decorated with a combination of modern and traditional furnishings. Designer fittings can be seen throughout. Original artwork painted by the owner herself can be seen around the house.
